I am a huge fan of social media. HUGE. It is how I connect with many of you each day! When used intentionally, social media can create a perfect place for encouragement, support, and inspiration.
Even so, I know that there are many times when I neglect real life because I am so consumed by Instagram or Facebook. I spend too much time foolishly scrolling through social media instead of taking care of the things (and people) that mean the most to me. That’s when social media becomes toxic.
Are you guilty of this too? If so, read on my friend!
